About RT Construction
In the Beginning – 1999
R.T. Construction was founded in 1999 by licensed builder Robert Manners, who began working in construction at just 13 years old. With decades of hands-on experience and a passion for quality craftsmanship, Rob quickly built a reputation across Metro Detroit for beautiful, durable, and reliable work.
From day one, R.T. Construction specialized in concrete and masonry, delivering expert work on driveways, sidewalks, patios, porches, additions, and more.
The Growing Years – 2000s
Throughout the early 2000s, R.T. Construction expanded its footprint throughout Southeastern Michigan, completing both residential and commercial concrete and masonry projects. Our work can be seen in neighborhoods, businesses, and communities across the region—supported by a long list of satisfied customers and references available upon request.
30 Years Later – Where We’re Going
Over the last three decades, R.T. Construction has continued to grow and evolve. In 2007, we added snow removal services, and since then we have broadened our focus to include full general contracting capabilities to better serve our customers’ needs.
